Wellex® subscriptions can be billed either automatically or manually, depending on your selected payment setup.
Automatic Billing
If you have a valid card on file, your subscription will automatically renew on your scheduled renewal date. No action is required unless you wish to make changes.
Manual Billing
If you do not have automatic billing enabled, you will receive a renewal notice and must complete payment manually before your order is processed.
You can review your billing setup at any time in your account dashboard under Payment methods.
