We’re here to help with any issues, but please note: refusing a delivery does not return the package to us, and refunds cannot be processed in such cases. If your package shows as “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, we cannot issue a refund—however, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to resolve the situation. For lost or stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. Missing package claims must be reported within 90 days of shipment.
